How long does it take to receive my order?

Each wallpaper is custom-produced after your order is placed. Your total timeline is as follows:

1–2 business days for production and handling (Monday–Friday)
5–8 business days transit time (Monday–Friday)
6–10 business days total estimated delivery from order date

Do you offer free shipping?

Yes. Free shipping is included on every order shipped to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. No minimum order value applies and no coupon code is needed.

Where is Wallpera located?

Wallpera is a US-based online wallpaper store. Our registered address is 312 W 2nd St, Unit #A9392, Casper, WY 82601, United States. We operate exclusively online, allowing us to offer custom-printed designs shipped to multiple countries.

What should I do if I receive a defective or incorrect product?

We apologise for any error. Please email contact@wallpera.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and a clear photo of the issue. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Can I cancel my order after placing it?

Cancellations are accepted within 24 hours of purchase. After that window, production will have started and the order cannot be cancelled. To cancel within the 24-hour window, contact contact@wallpera.com immediately with your order number.

What is your return policy?

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unused, uninstalled items in their original condition. There are no restocking fees. When will my refund appear after returning an item?

Once we receive and inspect your return, the refund is processed within 2 business days of approval. Expect the credit to appear on your original payment method within 7 business days, depending on your bank.

Do you offer a product warranty?

Yes. All wallpapers carry a 30-day quality guarantee from delivery. If a manufacturing defect is identified within this period, we will replace the affected panels or issue a full refund.

How do I track my order?

Do you ship internationally?

We currently ship to the United States, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, and the United Kingdom. We do not ship to other destinations at this time. If your country is not listed, feel free to contact us we occasionally accommodate special requests.

Do you have a physical store?

Wallpera is an online-only retailer. We do not operate a showroom or walk-in location. Our online model allows us to offer a wider selection and better pricing with delivery to your door.

Can I place a bulk or commercial order?

Yes. We welcome bulk orders for interior design projects, renovations, or resale. Contact us at contact@wallpera.com with your project details and we will provide a custom quote.

How do I exchange a product?

How do I measure my wall?

Measure your wall's full width and height in inches using a tape measure. If dimensions are uneven, always use the largest measurements. We recommend adding 2–4 inches to both dimensions to allow for trimming and seamless installation.
